The Lehigh Valley EAA Chapter 70 is for anybody interested in Aviation. All are welcome! Join the camaraderie of fellow members who share your interests. Enjoy our activities and friendly hangar flying while learning more about recreational aviation. We are interested in all aspects of aviation from Powered Parachutes, Ultralights, Experimental and Production Aircraft. We are people from all different ages and walks of life that range from just hanging around others who fly to ultralight and aircraft builders and pilots.

• Saturday, June 13, 2009 National Young Eagles Day at Braden's Airpark is our first Breakfast and Young Eagles event this year.  Kids from 8 to 17 FLY FREE!  Weather permitting!  from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. COME TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE AIRPARK.  Moyer Aviation is having an Aviation Day at the same time so come out and see the airplanes.  The rain date for the Young Eagles is Sunday, June 14, 2009 at the same times.
• Poker Run 2009!  Saturday June 27, 2009 (Rain Date is Sunday).  All are welcome!!!
  • Start at any Airport (Allentown - ABE, Reading - RDG, Blairstown - 1N7, Wings - LOM, Braden's N43)
    • $15.00 per hand and you can by more than one!
    • Missed cards can be picked up at Braden Airpark N43.
    • Buy extra cards at N43 for missed airports.
    • Refreshments at Braden's by EAA Chapter 70
    • Lots of Prizes at 3:00pm
    • Starting at any airport fly the poker run in any order or skip an airport but get to Braden's Air Park by 2:30pm to draw fo airports you did not visit.  If your automobile is your only means of transportation, pleas join us at (N43) and purchase your hand and join in for the fun and festivities.
