FLY-IN FAQs
- Why does EAA Chapter 70 Host a Fly-in? There is a lot of work putting on a Fly-in and we are all about promoting recreational aviation and having fun doing it! It has always been worth the effort once you see the excitement and joy brought to our community when they see all the different kind planes on our field. We give hope to people having the dream to fly by taking them on Young Eagle Flights. Also we demonstrate that you do not have to be rich to afford flying and how you too can become a pilot.
- Can I go flying? Yes. Either with Moyer Aviation or Kutztown Air WACO flights. There is a charge for this.
- Can my kids have a free flight? That is available under our Young Eagle program. The next one is at this airport during the Forks Community Day on Sunday, September 16, 2007 at 9am to 1pm. We used to offer this program at our Fly-in but it got too crowded in the sky and the safety of your childern and our pilots is our primary concern.
- More FAQs to be added so stay tuned...
